The Blessings of Obedience
Lately, I can’t seem to read or pray enough.
I have been consumed in prayer and find myself thirsting for His word. I can’t seem to get to Him quick enough.
Feeling smitten, all consumed, smack dab in the middle of a beautiful romance with my King.
It has been a joy to daily pray, for as long as it takes, for the people the Lord has put in my path. Reading their names in my prayer...

Idols hanging on my walls.
2010 was full of faith steps, horrible falls in my walk with Christ, repentance, grace, accepting forgiveness, giving forgiveness, rejoicing, victory, growth, disappointment, loss, redemption.
When looking back at last year I realized that too many days went by that I worshipped idols hanging on my walls.
I idolized my husband.
Myself.
My children.
My friends.
My family.
This world.
