Thanksgiving Day Love List ♥

♥ Reading and rejoicing over these words during my morning bible study, “God redeems something by buying it back through the payment of a ransom. He gave the life of His Son as the ransom to buy us back from the clutches of sin. He has also bought back the rights to our past and all it’s failures. If we cooperate, He’ll turn every single one of those failures into something useful for His kingdom. -Full redemption.” {Beth Moore-Daniel}

So thankful for how He has bought back the rights to my past and all it’s failures… and somehow in His way-He has turned those failures into something useful to His Kingdom. Only the Lord.

♥ an extra special breakfast this morning with my husband and babies

♥ Sophie’s crazy hair

♥ friends who live poured out lives

♥ five well behaved children who helped deliver meals to people in our community today. the kids were amazing. God’s Spirit was so present. He was in the smile on the mans face on Washington Street. He provided patience when I wanted to melt down after looking for that house on 35th Street for twenty minutes. For how long did He pursue me? He spilled out of the women on Gallatin as she offered us her genuine thanks for her meals. He provided comfort when Rachel and I were walking up a flight of stairs to deliver a family a meal and the hallway lights suddenly went out. He blessed my heart as I looked back in my rear view mirror and saw children who were being stretched by the Lord at hour three but were doing it so gracefully. What is time for if not to use it to be a blessing? And on our last stop- He brought joy as I watched my sister in Christ hand a disabled woman in Swayzee meals for her and her family. For some have entertained angels without knowing by showing hospitality to strangers. (Hebrews 13:2)

He is so good. So crazy good.
