What we knew in our hearts in October of 2009 became official today!
Ezra is now a Metz!!
We finalized his adoption this morning here at our local court.
What a Christmas gift we all received today!
We were all a little bit nervous, especially Ezra and I, but the judge was so sweet {these photos were his idea!} and ruled favorably, which was a total answer to prayer!
We are so excited to be an official family of five! ♥
.::on the way to court in the car Sophie prayed for a favorable ruling and prayed for the next Metz-she knows her mommy’s heart is longing for our family to grow- God has been so sweet in reminding us often that the next Metz will be here soon {we are praying we are matched with an African American birth mom due this coming Spring or Summer} and would love for you to join our family in praying with us. thank you for praying Ezra’s adoption to completion. we are in awe at God’s transformational grace in our lives and praise His name for what He has done!::.
