Celebrating seven years of being married to this hottie today. 

husband love list ♥

♥ finding love notes tucked in my jean pockets, shoes, and dresses from him

♥ his patience for the children and how he never disciplines them in anger

♥ when he asks me if I have spent time in the Word and in prayer 

♥ that rare occasion when he wants to cuddle- makes me want to burst

♥ how he came home Tuesday night after preaching at the Rescue Mission- completely broken for those men and totally affirmed by God. God did a mighty work that night. Nothing is hotter than having a husband who is madly in love with Christ and wants nothing more than to see others reconciled to Him.

♥ that he never gave up on me 

♥ how he encourages me 

♥ that when Sophie said “when you guys break up” [after hearing something on a movie] last night he responded by saying, “Mom and I will never break up, we made a promise.” …..I grinned from ear to ear.

♥ his book collection ~now that it is orderly~

♥ knowing that I can go to him with a crazy Kingdom idea and he won’t laugh at it but that he will take it seriously, cover it in prayer, and act if God says so.

I love you. I can’t wait to see what God’s going to do this year in and through our marriage. I have a feeling it’s going to be another wild, crazy, adventurous year with the Lord <—-I’d want it no other way! I am crazy about you.
